1. Click the "Hamburger" at the top left of the home screen.
2. Select "Price Book"
3. If you want everyone to see the cost price or be able to override the pricing, the toggle should be to the RIGHT.
If you don't want them to see cost or override the prices, toggle this to the LEFT.
This example shows we are allowing to see "Cost", but not allowing "Price Override"
This is the GLOBAL setting and affects all users. We will also show you how to change an individual setting. An example would be an owner operator may want to see the cost or override prices, but doesn't want a tech in the field to see it.
If you want to allow or block an individual user from seeing the costs or overriding the price, here are the steps.
Get back to the menu by selecting the "hamburger" and then click on "Users"
2. Select the user that you would like to change.
3. Before you click the edit pencil to make changes, you can see what settings this tech currently has selected.
4. Now that the edit button has been selected, you can toggle the "See Cost" and "Allow Override" to make changes for that individual. Tap Save
5. Tech has been updated successfully and you are notified with the "Profile updated" message at the bottom.
